In the opening fight of the night Alex Ortiz of Corcoran, CA faced-off against HanfordÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Javier Cervantes of Kings Knights. This was a very exciting fight where either fighter could have walked away with the victory. Both fighters exchanged punches followed by a takedown by Ortiz, Cervantes remained on his back for the remainder of the round avoiding any serious damage. In the second round Ortiz immediately went in for the takedown and worked from a side mount. Seconds later, Alex maneuvered himself into a full mount and let loose his fists that resulted in a T.K.O. victory 58 seconds into the second round.
